Laguna Beach Boy Scouts charters its first Girls’ Troop.
There are currently 13 Girls’ Troops throughout Orange County with approximately 106 members so far.
February 1, 2019, the national Boy Scouts of America organization opened its program to youths of all genders. They also renamed the organization Scouts BSA.
