Oak Street Beach Laguna Beach lies between Brooks Street Beach to the south and Anita Street Beach to the north. There is a little park with benches right above Oak Street Beach. This is where you will find the stairway down to Oak Street Beach. Oak Street is narrow and will be mostly wet during high tide. You can find metered parking on Oak Street and along Coast Highway.
