Downtown Specific Plan Update – The City of Laguna Beach will continue their efforts on the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) update on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall (505 Forest Avenue).

An agenda bill will be available and posted on the City’s website by December 12, 2019.
The City Council will receive an overview of the draft document. The draft document has been prepared as a result of a multi-year process, which included several public outreach workshops and events, downtown business owner meetings, stakeholder interviews, and approximately 30 City Council and Planning Commission meetings thus far. It identifies the goals and establishes specific policies, guidelines and standards to support an overall vision for the future of the downtown.
