The County of Orange Healthcare Agency and the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce invite the public to a California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) LEAD training session on Tuesday, March 10, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach.

The LEAD program educates businesses on laws involving the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. The curriculum is designed for licensees, managers, and employees. Last year, thousands of employees in California’s alcoholic beverage industry were trained in this program. Since 1991, the LEAD Program has trained over 200,000 people. “LEAD training provides practical information for responsible beverage service to the employees and staff of our local liquor establishments, so as a community we can prevent alcohol related crimes and deaths,” said Laguna Beach Police Department Captain Jeff Calvert.

Participants must register before the class.
